Unless there's a specific issue with the UniBIOS that doesn't happen with the originals, you can set what region you want in the UniBIOS startup settings and then save the settings to the memory card. I could turn on the red blood and also saved it in the OSD menu but as soon as I turn off my MiSTer the red blood is gone what ever I do it does not save. It works only with Arcade mode not Console, so you have to make sure you select the Arcade mode! Select with A the option Slot 1 Metal Slug Select with A the option Setting Up The Soft DipĤ. Select with A the option Soft Reboot System and then hold B + C + Dģ. Yes it is definitively there as I use it all the times with games.
